My Go-To Breakfast! Even The Kids Like It

Quick, Easy & Delicious... even after it's gone cold!

Seriously guys, this oatmeal is so delicious and good for you! The best part about it is that I can make it in less than 5 minutes and both the kids enjoy it.

As you know, parenting is a 24h job and finding the time to feed yourself feels damn near impossible.

My mom introduced me to @Stokedoats and I am so stoked she did (mom pun's are cool, o.k.) because this morning routine has changed my eating habits for the better.

I always reiterate that parent's tend to never put themselves first and it is crucial that we nourish ourselves in order to nourish those around us.

Bucking-Eh Oats


  • Non GMO

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

  • No added sugar or preservatives

  • Easy to Make, can be prepared in under 3 minutes

  • 7g protein and 5g of fiber per serving

Cooking Instructions:

  • 1 cup Bucking-Eh Oats

  • 1/2 cup boil water

  • Combine

  • Cover

  • Eat.

Seriously, it is that easy! I like to mix it up (because I live life on the edge) and add the below extra ingredients.
